• Applicant’s 51* 51 MM light background Passport Size Photograph.
• Applicant’s Passport First and Last Page Copies.
• Applicant’s Visa and Immigration stamp page.
• Copy of Surrender Certificate (If you have held an Indian passport in the past.)
