3. Salary and Income:

4. Company Registration and Legality:
- Indian company MAO and AOA needs to be submitted on the FRRO portal.
Also need to submit the company registration certificate of India.
5. Proof of Address:
- An address proof is required for the Indian visa extension.
- If you are staying at a hotel, then a FORM-C can be used as an address proof in India.
6. Medical Certificate:
- It’s only required if you are sick in India and not doing your work for a short period of time.
7. Police Registration:

13. Request Letter:
- A Request Letter needs to be submitted over the FRRO portal. In that letter, you need to mention the applicant’s details like passport number, visa number, address in India, and it needs to be printed on company letterhead.
14. Undertaking ID Proof:
- One person from the company needs to provide Indian ID proof.
15. Undertaking Letter:
- The Undertaking Letter needs to be submitted on company letterhead and signed by the head of the company or HR.
